This section outlines the Terms and Conditions and Health & Safety for classes and events hosted by the Breanna Keown Company©. By booking with us you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Health & Safety:

 

Events hosted by Breanna Keown Company© are covered by Public Liability Insurance and is not Liable for any damages caused during events/classes. Each member of staff has an up to date DBS check and first aid training and qualified teacher training. Events and classes hosted by Breanna Keown Company© requires at least one adult to be present in case of an accident/emergency. All electrical equipment is PAT tested for safety.​

Breanna Keown Company© holds the right not to conduct certain activities or change the activities if felt the children are not responding appropriately, or may benefit more from other activities.

​

In the case of dance classes, after your initial trail period you're/your child is expected to wear the correct uniform for safe practice.

Booking, Payment & Cancelation:

​

In order to book any events/classes being ran by Breanna Keown Company © please contact us via the contact section on our website. You can access this by clicking here.  We aim to contact you ASAP, and we politely ask that the participating party may also reply at their nearest connivance. Please note we cannot accept cancelations any later than 24 hours later than the date of the event/class unless told otherwise. Late cancelation fee will be charged. A booking is only confirmed once you have received your conformation email. Our events/classes run on a 'first come first serve' basis.

Payment is made via bank transfer to the Breanna Keown Company© by the selected date on your invoice. Failure to do this will be result in a late payment fee being added to your total which is due. We take payments of classes on a termly basis. The price and date of payment due quoted upon booking is non-negotiable. Failure to pursue this could result in termination.

When wanting to cancel a booking which has been made please do so by clicking here. Only once you have received your cancelation email confirmation may your cancelation be official.
