✨ Breanna Keown Company© — Terms & Conditions
Welcome to our enchanted kingdom. To keep every dancer, dreamer, and tiny adventurer safe, happy, and supported, these Terms & Conditions outline the magical guidelines that help our world run smoothly. By booking with Breanna Keown Company©, you agree to the following.
🧚♀️ Health & Safety — Protecting Our Little Heroes
Your wellbeing is our highest spell of protection.
-
All classes and events are covered by Public Liability Insurance. While we create a world of wonder, Breanna Keown Company© cannot accept responsibility for damages caused during classes or events.
-
All staff hold up‑to‑date DBS checks, First Aid training, and recognised teaching qualifications.
-
A responsible adult must remain present during all events and classes to watch over their young adventurer.
-
All electrical equipment is PAT tested for safety.
-
We may adapt or change activities if we feel children would benefit from a different adventure or if safety requires it.
-
After the trial period, dancers must wear the correct uniform to ensure safe and confident movement.
👑 Behaviour & Conduct — The Royal Code of Kindness
To keep our kingdom harmonious:
-
Children are expected to show kindness, listen to their teacher, and respect the space and others around them.
-
Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive environment and communicate respectfully with staff.
-
If behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive, we may ask a child to sit out or, in rare cases, end the session early for their wellbeing and the safety of others.
-
Repeated unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class or event.
🌸 Illness & Wellbeing Policy — Keeping the Magic Healthy
To protect all dancers:
-
Children must not attend if they are unwell, contagious, or recovering from illness.
-
If a child becomes unwell during class, we will contact the parent/guardian immediately.
-
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs before attending so we can support your child safely.
✨ Late Arrival Policy — Entering the Story Safely
Warm‑ups are essential for safe dancing.
-
If a dancer arrives late and has missed the warm‑up, they may be asked to watch until it is safe to join.
-
This protects them from injury and ensures they enter the story prepared.
🎀 Parental Responsibility — Guardians of Our Little Adventurers
-
Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s behaviour and wellbeing during classes and events.
-
Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session.
-
Parents must disclose any relevant medical, behavioural, or additional needs prior to attending.
